3. Client Responsibilities 

Clients agree to: 

• Provide accurate and complete information required to perform services. 

• Respond to communication in a timely manner. 

• Review deliverables promptly. 

Delays caused by missing or late information may impact delivery timelines. 

4. Payments & Billing 

• Fees are agreed upon in advance 

• Payment is required before or as services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

• Late or missed payments may result in paused or discontinued services. 

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Scope & Revisions 

Services are delivered based on the agreed scope. Reasonable revisions are included where applicable. Requests outside the original scope may incur additional fees. 

6. Confidentiality 

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where legally required. 

7. Intellectual Property 

• Clients retain ownership of their original materials. 

• De Four Virtual Solutions may reference non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of data, income, or business opportunities. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. 

9. Termination 

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any outstanding fees remain payable. 

10. Updates to These Terms 

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
